Lunaris is a one-time purchase, and it should feel like a safe one. If it doesn't work out, you can get your money back.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy with Lunaris for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason, though telling us what went wrong helps us fix it for the next person.
How to request a refund
Email hello@getlunaris.app from the address you used at checkout, or reply to your purchase receipt. Include your order number if you have it handy. We aim to respond within two business days.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider back to your original payment method. Once issued, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
After a refund
Your Lunaris license stops being valid once the refund is issued. Your media, your library, and the underlying open-source apps are yours and stay on your Mac. Removing Lunaris never touches them.
Problems we can probably fix
If Lunaris won't install or something isn't working, we'd love the chance to help before you go. Most setup issues are quick fixes. But that's an offer, not a condition: the refund is yours either way within the 14 days.
EU and UK customers
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including the 14-day withdrawal right for digital purchases where it applies. Our guarantee is meant to be at least as generous.
