Privacy Policy

This policy covers getlunaris.app and the Lunaris early-access waitlist. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you enter. That is the only information we ask you for, and there is no account to create.

A few things are collected automatically when you visit, as with any website: your IP address and basic request details (used briefly for security and spam prevention) and privacy-friendly, cookie-less usage analytics.

How we use it

We use your email to send you a small number of messages about Lunaris: early-access availability, your founder pricing, and launch news. We store the list and send these emails through Loops (loops.so), our email provider.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people reach. It is cookie-less and aggregate. We don't build advertising profiles, track you across other sites, or sell any of it.

Security and spam prevention

To stop bots and abuse of the signup form, we rate-limit requests by IP address using Upstash. Our host, Vercel, also keeps short-lived server logs (including IP addresses) to keep the site secure and reliable. None of this is used for marketing.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your data. We share it only with the providers that run this site, each acting on our behalf:

• Loops — stores the waitlist and sends our emails (your email address).
• Vercel — hosts the site and provides analytics and server logs (IP and request data).
• Upstash — powers IP-based rate limiting on the signup form (IP address).

How long we keep it

We keep your email on the waitlist until you unsubscribe or until shortly after launch, whichever comes first. Analytics is aggregate, and security logs are short-lived at our providers. We don't use any of it for unrelated marketing.

Your choices

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe at any time and we remove you from the list. You can also email us to be removed.
